Compassionate, attentive, and collaborative care.
Dr. Alaina Studt provides comprehensive care for patients who value a
personal relationship with their physician, clear communication, and a calm,
welcoming office experience.
Whole-Person Medicine
Whole-person care means looking beyond isolated symptoms to the broader picture of your
health. I work to understand how the different parts of your medical story fit
together so your care can be individualized, thoughtful, and centered on you.
Prevention and Wellness
Preventive care is one of the most important ways to protect long-term health.
Through routine care, screenings, and practical guidance, I help patients stay
ahead of problems and support their well-being over time.
Connecting the Dots
The best care reflects the fact that health concerns are often interconnected.
I work to connect the dots between chronic conditions, pain, routine medical
needs, and the broader factors that shape overall health.
Accessible Appointments
Health concerns should not have to wait for weeks or months to be addressed.
I make timely appointments a priority so patients can be seen, heard, and
helped when problems first arise.

About Dr. Studt
Dr. Alaina Studt is a board-certified family medicine physician
practicing in Frontenac. She completed medical school at Carver College
of Medicine at the University of Iowa and went on to complete her Family
Medicine residency at the University of Missouri.
Each intake appointment begins with building a connection and
identifying your goals for your health and quality of life. Dr. Studt
believes that effective medical care starts with listening carefully and
understanding the full context of your symptoms and experiences.
She specializes in treating chronic conditions, pain, and
hypermobility disorders, including Ehlers-Danlos–related conditions.
These conditions often involve multiple body systems and can be
difficult for patients to navigate within traditional healthcare
settings.
